They can be approved for Class I, DIV. II hazardous locations (UL certified), and they're available with 12, 24 or 48 VDC or 110 VAC output. These units work great for telecom outposts in remote locations, as well as nature research sites. They stand up well in extreme temperatures and provide dependable electricity without requiring regular visits.
